Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Such a sweet delicious start to the day!  This banana blueberry smoothie is great for a quick light breakfast or a snack.  A few ingredients blended together in no time provide two of your (at least) five a day portions of fruit and vegetables, a source of essential omega three fatty acids for a healthy brain and heart, and a wealth of antioxidants and phytonutrients proven to have anticancer and anti-aging properties.

Blueberry Banana Smoothie:


1 Banana

Handful of Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 cup Plant Based Mylk

1 tbsp. Chia Seeds



Add all to a blender and go!
