The chia seeds, hemp hearts and cacao provide protein, iron, magnesium and omega 3 fats. Omega 3 fats are essential for brain, heart and joint health and a nutrient that is often lacking or out of balance in our diet due to too much omega 6 fats from fried or high fat processed foods and vegetable oils such as sunflower oil, which promote inflammation.

Magnesium is important for nerve and muscle function and cacao has many mood boosting effects due to a combination of compounds such as theobromine and anandamide, which increases the secretion of feel good neurotransmitters in the brain.

Raspberry Smoothie Bowl



1 Banana

1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries

1 Cup of Mylk such a Soya or Almond

Sprinkles of your choice



  1. Blend the fruit and mylk and pour into a bowl
  2. Sprinkle with chia seeds, sunflower seeds, fermented cacao nibs and hemp hearts.
